Community Service and Outreach
While we are not a large church, we seek to reach out and touch our local community with the gospel through various formal activities through the week. We encourage all church members to serve according to their areas of gifting, passion and maturity.
Are you retired and looking to meet people in your community? Our new “Friends & Neighbours” group is set to do all sorts of fun things to help you relax and enjoy yourself:

Sunday Morning Service
This special meeting each week is an opportunity for the entire church family to meet together. Our community time always includes worship and teaching, and is led by various suitably gifted members of the congregation. During the adult teaching time, children are invited to a J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) Bible lesson.

Life GroupsThese groups are designed to help church members get together outside of Sunday morning. Groups meet in the homes of various church folk with a view to building closer relationships around a time of prayer, Bible study and social interaction.

Mainly Music
Every Wednesday morning at 10:00am, pre-school children are catered for in a lively music programme. This ministry is designed to help parents and children build memories together in a context that encourages physical, mental and social development.

Tasman Bay Christian School
TBCS was founded in 1985 as a private Christian Primary School with two teaching staff. Since then the school has expanded to include four purpose-built classrooms. While the school is now integrated into the State School System (meaning that all children are taught in accordance with national curriculum), we maintain a distinctly Christian learning environment and teach from a Biblical world-view. We represent a broadly based evangelical perspective in terms of our teaching staff and Board of Trustee members.
